24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance or failure to show up for your appointment will result in retaining the 50% charge of the scheduled appointment fee on the credit card used to reserve the appointment.

If you need to reschedule because you are not feeling well or have any COVID-19 related symptoms, please contact me as soon as possible to do so. There will be no fee charged for cancellations due to illness.

Please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment. This time slot has now been reserved for you. Due to my tightly booked schedule, I am generally unable to extend your session beyond your original time slot. Regardless of the length of the service actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the full service you scheduled.

Your card is required to reserve your booking, and will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment fee. The remaining 50% will be due when you come for your scheduled appointment. I will retain this 50% deposit in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, as defined above.
